These Terms govern your use of syntrach.com. By accessing the website, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. A signed agreement, accepted proposal or product-specific terms may apply separately and will control if they clearly conflict with these website Terms.

You may use the website for lawful business and information purposes. You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, introduce harmful code, scrape it in a way that harms service, misrepresent your identity, or use content to violate another person's rights.

The Syntrach name, website design, original text, graphics, software demonstrations and other materials are owned by or licensed to Syntrach unless stated otherwise. You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal evaluation, but may not reproduce, resell or create misleading copies without written permission.

Website descriptions are general information, not a binding promise that every feature or service is currently available. Actual scope, timeline, responsibilities, deliverables and support will be defined in a proposal, order, service agreement or product terms.

Product names, mockups, roadmaps, screenshots and “coming soon” labels may describe planned or developing products. They are not guarantees of release date, price or final functionality. We may change or discontinue planned features before commercial launch.

You are responsible for providing accurate requirements and authorized materials, reviewing deliverables on time, maintaining lawful licences and permissions, protecting account credentials, keeping appropriate backups where agreed, and using services in compliance with law and contract.

Unless stated otherwise, a quote is an estimate or offer valid for the period shown. Work begins only after required acceptance, information and payment are received. Changes outside the approved scope may require a revised timeline and additional charge.

Fees, deposit, milestones, currency, tax and due dates will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice or checkout. Payments are subject to our Payment Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Syntrach may pause work or service after reasonable notice when an undisputed payment is overdue.

Delivery dates depend on the agreed scope, timely customer input, third-party availability and events outside reasonable control. We will communicate material delays. Acceptance, testing, revision and warranty periods will be defined in the project agreement.

We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, security events, internet failures, provider outages or force-majeure events may affect availability.

To the extent permitted by law, Syntrach will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising only from use of this informational website. Service liability will be governed by the relevant agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may restrict website access or suspend a service for security risk, unlawful use, material breach or non-payment, subject to the applicable agreement and reasonable notice where circumstances allow. Rights and obligations that should continue—such as payment, confidentiality, intellectual property and liability—survive termination.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the law selected in the final published version. Parties should first try to resolve concerns through good-faith communication before formal proceedings.
